How much do I need for a down payment and what are the monthly truck payments?

Down payments and monthly payments are based on individual credit. The average driver spends approximately $1,200 to $1,900 per month on their trucking payments. Down payments for a truck can typically range from $6,000 to $15,000. Some lending companies have special programs with low down-payments to help drivers get behind the wheel. Do you offer mobile service?

Yes. However, this is not an emergency service and work is scheduled. We do not offer roadside repairs for the safety of our technicians. Customers must have an established account and the ability to provide a PO at the time of service.

Do you offer after-hours support?

We do not offer after hours support, but tow services are listed on each of our location pages. 

What warranties do you accept?

We accept Freightliner/Western Star, Detroit, Cummins, Eaton, Meritor, and SelecTruck used truck warranty. At certain locations, we accept Ford. You can always call any of our locations and press 1 for service to talk to a service advisor and get answers for your specific warranty.

Is there a minimum repair charge?

No. Charges are based on specific repairs performed. 

Does diagnostic time go towards the repairs if approved?

No. Our diagnostic charges are separate from our repair time. You will be able to see on the estimate what you are being charged for.

Do you charge for diagnostics?

Yes. There is a 2-hour initial diagnostic charge. If more than 2 hours is needed, we will get approval before continuing. 

What is your labor rate?

Our labor rate varies by location and ranges from $135 to $227 depending on type of unit and services performed. You can always call any of our locations and press 1 for service to talk to a service advisor and get answers for your specific vehicle.

Exceleratorparts is a true one-stop shop solution, offering a robust catalog with rich, detailed digital images and search functionality, including Vehicle Maintenance Report Standards (VMRS), Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), product name, or part number. In order to find needed parts across the DTNA network, the platform leverages the complete inventory of all Dealer Management Systems (DMS), including Alliance Parts stores, as well as the company’s 10 North American parts distribution centers (PDC).
